I am a yo-yo dieter and go to extreme weights, up and down. I am participating in the corporate challenge to try and develop a healthier lifestyle, instead of constant dieting. And mabye pass what I learn on to my children, who obviously inherited the eating habits of a true chocoholic - me.

I am a 6’4” 260 lb athlete trapped in a 5’8” frame; and, literally busting out.

I have joined the corporate challenge to make a lifestyle change, which I owe to my family and to myself. Diabetes is knocking at the door and high blood pressure is just around the corner peaking from the bushes. So, I MUST make changes in my lifestyle.
